Changing Password through Outlook Web

Required:

A computer connected to the internet

School email and password


Process:

  1. Go to Outlook.Office.com
  2. Enter your school email (it should be something similar to FirstName.LastName@charterschool.org)
  3. Enter the password provided.
    (See bottom of this page for troubleshooting if this doesn't work)
  4. Please check the box that says Don't show this again and say NO
  5. When you get to the main page, in the top right-hand corner, there is a circle with your initials in it. Click on that and select View Account
  6. This will bring you to a new page that has an option to Change your Password.
  7. Verify that it is your correct email address, enter your current password, and then what you would like to change it to 2 times.
  8. Click Submit. 

Congratulations! You have changed your Outlook, Computer, Google, and HelpDesk password to a new one.


Troubleshooting:

If you get this error when trying to sign in, please contact your Admin to make sure you have the correct information.


If you get this error, that means the password you entered is incorrect. Please try again or ask Admin to submit a ticket with your Name and reset your password.
