We typically purchase Adobe products through CDWG.
The most common licenses are Adobe Pro (usually recommend a perpetual license) and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (only offered as a subscription/renewal license).
Below is a chart of the differences in Adobe products as of 1/8/2021
Adobe Creative Cloud:
You have to buy 100 or 500 minimum to qualify for the program
You will need to let CDW know if you want the Named User or Shared Device licensing, most schools do the Named User for qty 500
(from CDW rep):
I’ll need your VIP agreement number if you have one, or if not, I’ll need to know the full name and email address of the person responsible for accessing and administering the licensing through the Adobe Admin Portal along with the requested start date of the licensing, and the full name and physical address of the school requesting them.
